Valencia CF Femenino midfielder, Sandra Hernández looked ahead to Saturday’s game away at Rayo Vallecano:
“It’s going to be a really difficult game, really demanding due to the surface which we aren’t familiar with but we have to continue in the same vein as against Atletico Madrid. Contesting every ball, they’re really strong their main attributes are their pace up front, and their second balls and I think is going to be a battle.
The team are aware that the draw against Atletico Madrid is not enough we need more ambition in front of goal so we going to try to put away chances that we might have.
I’m convinced that if we contest every ball, if we do what we’re doing in training, in the end, we don’t need anything else but competing a lot and plenty of intensity so that they don’t overcome us”.
